This self-programmed, modular course is designed to allow the student to build a basic knowledge of medical vocabulary. By systematically learning the meanings of dozens of word parts, students are able to recognize and use thousands of medical terms. Text book purchase includes the option of audio tapes or a CD ROM to help the student learn pronunciations.
This vocational program course may also be used as a general elective in the AA degree.
