Running Start Summer 2024
How to Enroll
Registration for summer and fall quarters happens at the same time. You must submit a separate enrollment verification form for each quarter that you want to attend. Current students enroll beginning May 13, new students May 16.
Eligibility
New Running Start Students
Current 10th, 11th & non-graduating 12th Graders
- You can take up to 10 credits this summer. Follow How to Get Started
- Complete the Summer Enrollment Verification Form
Continuing Running Start Students
Current 11th Graders
- Fill out your enrollment verification form with your high school counselor to see how many credits you can take this summer and follow the usual steps to enroll via ctclink or contact your advisor.
- If you find that you do not qualify for any credits, fill out the Declaration of Intent Form with your high school counselor and email it to RunningStart@ghc.edu. You will then be able to take up to 10 credits through a summer 2024 only special funding source called “After-Exit”.
Current 12th Graders who are not graduating in June
- Fill out your enrollment verification form with your high school counselor to see how many credits you can take this summer and follow the usual steps to enroll via ctclink or contact your advisor.

Graduating Seniors (Class of 2024)
If you are within 15 credits of completing your associate degree, you are eligible for summer quarter funding through the After Exit program. Fill out the Declaration of Intent Form with your high school counselor.
