Viewing unofficial transcripts and ordering official transcripts is easier than ever at Grays Harbor College. Both can be ordered online!
Unofficial Transcripts
Students Who Attended After 2016
An unofficial copy of a transcript is usually for student use. You can view a copy of your unofficial transcript by logging in to ctcLInk using your ctcLink ID and Password. To get your unofficial transcript in ctcLink, follow these steps.
- Log in to ctcLink.
- Assistance with ctcLink is available at the ctcLink Help & Support page.
- Click Student Home Page.
- Click Academic Records.
- Click View Unofficial Transcript and click Submit.
Students Who Attended GHC Before 2016
If you attended GHC prior to 2016 and you do not have access to ctcLink, please submit an Unofficial Transcript Request for Students who Attended GHC Before 2016 form. Please note that requests will take 3-5 business days. At this time, we only have the ability to send via postal mail or pickup in-person. We are working on providing an electronic option and will update this form as soon as its available
Official Transcripts
An official transcript is a copy of the student's permanent grade record which is signed by the appropriate student records officer and carries the official seal of the college. If a student is to furnish an official transcript to another college or university it usually must be mailed directly to the registrar of that institution.
Transcripts can be ordered online using any major credit card. Your card will be charged when your school sends your transcript(s). Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.
The following is required to order a transcript online:
- A valid major credit card
- An email account
- Your signed consent
Please note: There is a $10.00 charge for this service.
Transcript Evaluation
If you earned credit at another institution you can request a transcript evaluation to see if your credits can count towards a degree or certificate at Grays Harbor College.
Step 1: Apply for admission if you are not a current GHC student.
Step 2: Have your official transcripts sent to GHC from the school you attended. Mailed transcripts can be sent to:

Step 3: Complete a Transcript Evaluation Request form (link to new form). Please note that transcript evaluations are processed once the student has applied to the college and once we have received all transcripts. This process generally takes 8-12 weeks after we have received transcripts and a completed form and can take longer during peak times.
