The fitness lab is available during the week and the hours vary depending on the class schedule, so check the class schedule before scheduling your workout.

GHC's Weight Room is located in the 500 building (Gym). Contact the weight room instructor, Gary Arthur today! He is a great resource for workout strategies, correct technique, etc.
