Updating Information in ctcLink
Through your ctcLink account you can update your personal information including email, phone, and address.
Name Change
Chosen/Preferred Name - ctcLink will recognize any names entered in the preferred name category as the primary name in the system. This name will be used to identify you in the system and will show up on class rosters. The only place that a legal name will be used is on a student’s official transcripts, financial aid records, international student documentation, and legal reporting and records.
Legal Name Change- To update your legal name that will appear on your official transcripts, please submit the documentation below to the. Documents can be submitted through the form below or to the welcome center in person.

- Copy of Social Security Card with the updated name
- Copy of a photo ID or Drivers License with the updated name
Social Security Number or ITIN
To add or update your social security number or ITIN in our system. Documents can be submitted through the form below or to the welcome center in person.
