Verifying Enrollment and Degree Records
Grays Harbor College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verifications on its behalf. Outside agencies can access the NSC Verifications website for enrollment and degree verifications. Graduate schools, potential employers, private lenders, etc. will be able to retrieve relevant information to assist our students and graduates as they request services from these organizations.
Current and Previous GHC Students
Current and Previous GHC Students can request an enrollment verification by submitting the Enrollment Verification Request (link to new form) form
Enrollment Verification Request
If you have a specific form you need completed for loan deferment, housing authority, or other organizations, please email the form to enrollment@ghc.edu or stop by the Student Services Center for us to complete the form.
Students seeking confirmation of enrollment for Veteran Affairs (VA) benefits purposes should contact 360-538-4174 or veterans@ghc.edu.
Running Start Enrollment Verification Form
Running Start students are required to submit a Running Start Enrollment Verification Form each quarter.
