Summary Job Description

This position will perform clerical duties and assigned projects to support the department objectives.

Typical Duties

  • Office reception, includes greeting & assisting students, faculty, staff and general public
  • Answer telephone and take messages
  • Make copies, make files, fax, scanning using Quillex, file documents, prepare mailings
  • Use of Word, Excel and other college programs to create/update documents and files
  • Handle the mail
  • Utilize ctclink and/or student look tool
  • Use and complete student record

Employee Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Must exercise maturity in dealing with peers and confidential information
  • Able to work independently and follow directions
  • Reliable
