Summary

This position will support the Procurement and Supply Specialist 3 in performing necessary purchasing duties to effectively support GHC staff, students, and community by ensuring efficient use of resources.

Typical Duties

  • Greeting staff, students, or other visitors Making phone calls
  • Utilizing Word, Excel, and Outlook Sending and responding to emails Adding and modifying suppliers Reviewing requisitions for accuracy
  • Assisting with processing purchase orders Assisting in diversity initiatives Maintaining supplier request list
